The second image zooms in, showing a single figure with a pistol soaring through puddles on an empty street. Then they haven't even finished doing it! This cylindrical building protruding from a hotel on the right has a Voodoo Boys tag large enough to be read from orbit, so I think we know who is running this particular part of town. Occupying a piece of re on the south coast of Night City, you can imagine how many residents were evicted and how many homes were destroyed to pave the way for this new resort community. The first concept art shows us Pacifica 's place in Night City from the sky. grip of the company (without leaving town for the Badlands ) has moved in soon.
They left behind the half-completed skeletons of steel, glass and concrete that adorn the streets and beaches of Pacifica, and the residents of Night City looking for a place to stay outside of it. The money ran out before it could be finished, and the developers cut and executed. Not to be confused with Pacifica in real California, the Pacifica of Night City was meant to be a luxury resort just minutes from the hustle and bustle of the Downtown. Cyberpunk 2077 is heading to Pacifica for the next stop on his night tour of the city, a neighborhood built on large projects and incomplete funding.
